Please note that Rowe Beef reserves the right to verify the validity of any claims related to order satisfaction and accuracy. To ensure fair use of our customer service guidelines, we request that all issues and complaints be reported within 4 hours of order placement.
Credits
In the event that you experience any concerns with your order, we may offer a credit to be applied towards a future order. Please note that credits cannot be exchanged for cash and have an expiration date of 30 days from the date of issue.

Delivery Policy
All delivery details will be determined prior to the sale. Please note that all transactions will be processed in Canadian dollars. All orders must meet our delivery minimum of $300 to receive delivery.
Pick-us are available at our warehouse location 9am – 4 pm
Payment Processing
We offer several payment options for your convenience. You may pay via cheque, payable to Rowe Beef Co Ltd, or via wire transfer using the following information: Bank #004, Transit #18902, Account #5284696. Additionally, we accept Electronic Money Transfer (EMT) payments at ar@rowebeef.com. All online orders are processed via Stripe.
